CH 2 - 5 : Attribute Profile

In this activity, we define which attributes are used. We also define the display and maintenance properties of each attribute.  Attribute profile controls the display and the behavior of all attributes displaced in the dispute case. If we want to use customer-defined attributes in addition to the standard attributes, we have to first insert the customer-defined fields in a customer included in the Data Dictionary. In this case we will create our own attribute profile for our dispute case
