CH 2 - 8 : Assign Escalation Reason to Attribute Profile
We can use this IMG activity to select the permitted values for each attribute profile for the attribute Reason for Escalation. We can determine the values that are available for selection by using the IMG activity Create Values for Attribute "Reason for Escalation".
