CH 2 - 12 : Create Status Profile
In this IMG activity, we can create a status profile. Status management controls the life cycle of dispute case. Status values and events are used to control status values can be set and automatic status updates. A status profile contains multiple status values that can be assigned to the case. Status is an attribute that the user can set for each case.
