CH 2 - 13 : Define Number Range Interval for Case
We can use this IMG activity to define number range intervals. We can then assign them to the case type in the IMG activity Define Case Types. When we create or save a case, the system automatically assigns a number. By means of the number range interval, we can determine from which number area the number is taken. The number is used to identify a case in internal and external communication.
